Somali Army Chief Visits Somalia Embassy in Ankara

Ankara, — The Commander of the Somali National Army, Brigadier General Ibrahim Mohamed Mohamud, and a delegation of senior military officers he leads visited the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Somalia in Ankara.

The Commander and his delegation were received at the Embassy by Somalia’s Ambassador to Türkiye, Ambassador Fathudin Ali Mohamed, and several embassy diplomats.

The visit was part of the Somali National Army delegation’s ongoing engagements and meetings in Türkiye. Discussions focused on strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between Somalia and Türkiye, particularly in the areas of security and defense.
